Lens Adaptation Guarantee

 

We want you to be completely happy with your new glasses but sometimes it can take a bit longer to adapt to them. If you have trouble with them, bring them back within three months from the date of collection and we will sort it out.

Warranty and Manufacturer’s Guarantees

 

• Your frame comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer’s defects or faults.

• Your lenses come with a 2- year warranty covering the anti-scratch/ anti-reflection coating.

• Please note that this warranty does not cover misuse of the frame or lenses.

Complimentary Lifetime Service Guarantee

 

Feel free to come in to have your glasses adjusted or cleaned in the ultrasonic cleaner for the life of your glasses. Even if you didn’t get the glasses from us.
