Repeat Medicine Prescription Request

Repeat medicine prescriptions are available for patients of the practice where your optometrist has previously prescribed you the medication or your condition is being co-managed by an ophthalmologist and optometrist.

Your condition must be stable and under control for a repeat prescription to be issued. If you have a flare-up or reoccurrence of the condition, a consultation may be required.
